Jonathon is an excellent UX Lead and someone who I very much enjoyed working with and having on the Biglight team. He consistently delivered a high standard of work for the client and did an awesome job at bringing the team together and initiating new collaborative lean UX approaches which raised the standard of the whole scrum team.
